What Your Warranty Covers

• Your Wildfire product is protected against defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
• Warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
• Warranty is non-transferable.
• To receive warranty service, you must provide:
• Proof of purchase
• Model number
• Serial number
• Major components of Wildfire grills, griddles, and side burners are covered under multiple warranty periods depending on the part.

Warranty Time Periods

Wildfire provides the following coverage for residential use:

• Limited Lifetime Warranty
  
  Covers key stainless steel components such as the grill housing and frame.
• Limited 5-Year Warranty
  
  Applies to additional major components.
• Limited 2-Year Warranty
  
  Covers specific internal working parts.
• Limited 1-Year Warranty
  
  Applies to components and accessories with shorter life cycles.

(Warranty periods apply only when the product is used, installed, and maintained under normal, residential conditions.)

How to File a Warranty Claim (BackHome Process)

Step 1 – Troubleshoot with Manufacturer Support

• Contact Wildfire’s technical support team for diagnostic help.
• They will provide:
• Troubleshooting results
• Case or reference numbers
• Required part numbers for your claim

Step 2 – Submit a Warranty Request to BackHome

• Complete BackHome’s warranty form and include:
• Proof of purchase
• Model & serial number
• Photos or videos of the issue (if applicable)
• Any case/part numbers provided by Wildfire Support

Step 3 – Claim Processing

• BackHome will coordinate with Wildfire on your behalf.
• You will receive:
• Claim confirmation
• Status updates
• Estimated lead times
• Tracking information for replacement parts (when applicable)

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

• Commercial, rental, or non-residential use.
• Cosmetic issues, including:
• Scratches
• Discoloration or fading
• Surface corrosion
• Weather-related wear
• Normal wear and tear from regular outdoor use.
• Labor costs, including installation, removal, or service technician fees.
• Shipping and handling charges for replacement parts unless Wildfire specifically covers them.
• Damage caused by:
• Improper installation
• Misuse or neglect
• Incorrect gas/fuel supply
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Weather exposure, chemicals, salt air, or environmental conditions
• Accidents or natural disasters

Freight Damage (Arriving Damaged)

Freight damage is not a warranty issue.

• Inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival.
• If the product is visibly damaged, you must:
• Report it immediately
• Refuse the delivery or document the damage with photos
• BackHome will assist you with a freight claim, which is different from a warranty claim.

Important Notes for Customers

• Keep your receipt, serial number, and model information in a safe place.
• Installation must follow Wildfire’s guidelines to avoid voiding the warranty.
• Warranty does not reset when parts are replaced.
• Improper installation, incorrect gas supply, or unlicensed modifications can void coverage.
