Installation notes:
This Dimmer series is compatible with Bromic’s Platinum and Tungsten electric heaters. For the 1- and 2-channel versions, an optional expansion board is required to enable Ethernet or 0-10 V integration; the 5-channel model includes this functionality built-in.

Returns & Refunds
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.

The Affinity Dimer Controls can be used with all Bromic Heating Platinum, Tungsten and Cobalt Electric Heater models. Dimmer controls are not compatible with Gas Heaters.
Single Channel Controls are rated for 6kW maximum, Dual Channel controls are rated for 12 kW maximum. Both Single and Dual Channel options can control multiple heaters within their maximum capacity.
Examples:
• A Single 6 kW Dimmer Control is compatible with 2 Platinum 2300W Electric Heaters.
• A Dual 12 kW Dimmer Control is compatible with 2 Tungsten 6000W Electric Heaters.
• A Single 6 kW Dimmer Control is compatible with up to 10 Gas Heaters.
No, individual element control is unnecessary when using the Dimmer Controls, all elements or individual heaters will be controlled at the same level simultaneously.
The Bromic App includes both timer/scheduling function.
The key is supplied with the controller, packed inside the enclosure in a plastic bag. The key type is bi-locker and is available from all general electrical supply stores.
This function is available in different settings. Firstly, when you turn on an appliance, you can also set a timer off interval. You set this each time the heater is turned on and it will then countdown to the interval duration and automatically switch the appliance off. Set this function by clicking the appliance name to go to the detailed screen and setting the timer off internal at the bottom of the screen.
Alternatively, you can set the timer off delay using schedules. This feature is only available to WiFi connected appliances.
The serial number is represented as a 14 digit code (eg CONF2C23080005). The digits will be different for each type of controller. The serial number is printed on the product label attached to the controller. It can also be located via the menu on the Bromic Smat-Heat App, under Site configuration-> Edit Site. All the controllers will be listed and within each controller setting you can identify the connected heaters.
