American Fyre Designs–Specific Warranty Terms
For American Fyre Designs products sold through Back Home, warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is valid at the original installation site. Coverage is intended for residential use only. Commercial, rental, or shared-use installations are not covered.
American Fyre Designs warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Coverage periods vary by component and include:
• Fire feature body (GFRC): Limited warranty coverage for structural integrity
• Burners, valves, and electrical components: Limited warranty coverage for functional components
Warranty coverage is limited to replacement parts only. Labor, installation, removal, shipping, and service costs are not covered.
Cosmetic changes resulting from normal outdoor exposure — including color variation, surface wear, hairline cracking in GFRC, or texture variation that does not affect performance or structural integrity — are considered normal and are not covered under warranty.
Propane tanks, decorative fire media, and accessories are not covered unless explicitly stated.
Warranty repairs or replacements do not extend or renew the original warranty period.
