Your Grand Canyon fire feature includes a manufacturer-backed warranty designed to protect you from defects in materials and workmanship. BackHome assists you throughout the warranty process to ensure smooth, stress-free support.

What the Warranty Covers

• Defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use
• Coverage applies only to the original purchaser
• Warranty is non-transferable
• Manufacturer-provided replacement or repair of defective components
• Burner system, pan, and structural components are covered with varying warranty lengths per the manufacturer’s policies in the manual

What’s Not Covered

• Damage due to improper installation, misuse, negligence, or failure to follow the manual
• Cosmetic changes such as hairline cracks, fading, discoloration, staining, or surface wear
• Normal wear and tear from outdoor exposure
• Damage caused by:
• Unapproved modifications
• Incorrect fuel type or fuel supply issues
• Use of non-approved accessories or media
• Environmental conditions, weather, or acts of nature
• Media (fire glass, lava rock, logs) — these are optional accessories, not covered under warranty
• Labor, service calls, installation/removal costs, or contractor fees
• Freight or shipping damage — must be reported immediately upon delivery
• Any damage resulting from commercial or rental use

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

BackHome does not use a form; all warranty requests are handled via email.

2. Include the following information:

• Full name and contact details
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
• Product name, model number, and serial number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or video clearly showing the problem

1. BackHome will review your information and work directly with the manufacturer to process your claim.
2. If approved, replacement parts will be shipped according to the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines.
3. Customers will be notified of required next steps, timelines, or any additional information needed.

Important Customer Responsibilities

• Product must be installed by a licensed professional, as required by the manual
• Follow all safety, ventilation, and clearance requirements
• Use only approved fuel (NG or LP as specified on your model)
• Use only manufacturer-approved fire media
• Keep a protective cover on the unit when not in use to extend longevity
• Maintain proof of purchase and serial numbers for all support needs

Freight Damage

If your fire bowl arrives damaged:

• Report it within 24 hours
• Take clear photos of the packaging and the damage
• Do not install or operate the unit
