What’s Covered

• Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
• Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• To review a claim, BackHome requires:
• Proof of purchase
• Product model number
• Serial number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or video clearly showing the defect (if applicable)

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Since BackHome does not use a claim form, customers must submit warranty requests by email.

1. Email support@backhomehq.com (or your preferred address).
2. Include the following information:

• Full name
• Order number or proof of purchase
• Product name, model number, and serial number
• Detailed explanation of the problem
• Photos or video of the defect

1. BackHome will review the claim and coordinate directly with the manufacturer.
2. If approved, the defective part will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
3. Customers will be notified of next steps, shipping details, or any additional information required.

What’s Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
• Normal wear and tear, fading, scratches, discoloration, or cosmetic blemishes.
• Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Issues caused by incorrect fuel, poor maintenance, or non-residential use.
• Any incidental or consequential damages, including labor or installation costs.
• Freight damage on arrival (this must be reported immediately upon delivery).
  

Important Notes

• Warranty decisions are made based on manufacturer guidelines and documentation provided by the customer.
• Missing information (such as lack of proof of purchase or serial number) may delay or affect claim approval.
• Warranty replacement does not extend or reset the original warranty period.
• Customers must inspect all deliveries upon arrival; visible damage must be reported right away as freight issues are not covered under warranty.
