Wildfire Limited Residential Warranty
This product includes a limited residential warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty coverage typically includes:
- Structural components
- Burners and ignition systems
- Other griddle components
Coverage applies to the original owner only and requires proper installation, maintenance, and use per manufacturer instructions. Refer to your warranty documentation for full terms, coverage lengths, and limitations.
Additional Warranty Terms & Manufacturer Requirements
Warranty coverage is limited to normal residential use only. Products installed in commercial, rental, hospitality, or shared-use environments are not covered.
Warranty coverage may be void if the product is connected to an incorrect fuel type or if fuel conversions are performed without manufacturer-approved conversion kits and procedures.
Proper care and routine maintenance are required to maintain warranty eligibility. Failure to clean or maintain the product according to manufacturer guidelines, including damage caused by grease buildup, corrosion, or neglect, is not covered.
Certain components, including but not limited to ignition systems, batteries, lighting elements, knobs, and other consumable or wear items, may carry shorter warranty periods or be excluded from coverage altogether.
Warranty remedies are limited to replacement of defective parts at the manufacturer’s discretion. Replacement parts may be comparable rather than identical in appearance or finish, particularly in cases of product updates or discontinued components.
Warranty coverage applies only to products installed at the original delivery location. Products that are relocated after installation are not covered.
All warranty determinations, including eligibility, coverage, and remedy, are made in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and are subject to final approval by the manufacturer.
